Sync SAP Business ByDesign employees with Yokoy

The integration provides a way to sync your SAP Business ByDesign employees with your Yokoy system and updated them, when changes occur. If you are already using Yokoy, the mapping of both users can be imported via the API on request.

Automatically create a supplier based on the Yokoy user

The integration creates a supplier based on the Yokoy user data as soon as the Yokoy user is created. This supplier is used to book the expenses in SAP Business ByDesign.

The integration provides a way to sync your SAP Business ByDesign cost centers with your Yokoy system and updated them, when changes occur. If you are already using Yokoy, the mapping of the cost centers can be imported via the API on request or added manually.

Create a journal entry in SAP Business ByDesign based on an to be exported expense

The integration checks exported Yokoy expenses and creates an journal entry in SAP Business ByDesign. At the moment no additional cost center splitting as well as tax rate splitting is supported. If no tax code is presented, the tax code 1 (0%) will be used.
