Integration Overview

Yokoy Connect enables the communication between Yokoy and SAP Business ByDesign. In specific the sync of master data like users and cost centers to Yokoy as well as the sync of expenses and invoices to SAP Business ByDesign.

Expense

The purpose of Yokoy Connect is to synchronize all employees and cost centers required for using Yokoy Expense, ensuring seamless integration with Yokoy. It also enables the automatic export of expenses from Yokoy to SAP Business ByDesign, ensuring that all liabilities are accurately recorded in the system and paid out promptly.

Functionality Overview

The following table provides an simple overview of the main functionalities of Yokoy Connect.

Sync SAP Business ByDesign employees as users to Yokoy

The integration provides a way to sync SAP Business ByDesign employees with your Yokoy system and update them, when changes occur. As employees can not be used to create open balances in SAP SAP Business ByDesign, a new supplier is created and linked to the employee using an extension field. If you are already using Yokoy, the mapping of both users can be imported via the API on request.

Sync SAP Business ByDesign cost centers as cost objects to Yokoy

The integration provides a way to sync your SAP Business ByDesign cost centers with your Yokoy system as cost objects and updated them, when changes occur.

Export expenses in Yokoy and sync them to SAP Business ByDesign as journal entries

The integration exports expenses with the status Ready for Export them as journal entries in SAP Business ByDesign.

Invoice

Yokoy Connect is designed to synchronize all suppliers necessary for utilizing Yokoy Invoice, enabling seamless integration with the platform. It also facilitates the automatic export of invoices from Yokoy to SAP Business ByDesign, ensuring that all supplier invoices are accurately recorded in the system and processed for timely payment.

The integration provides a way to sync SAP Business ByDesign supplier with your Yokoy system and update them, when changes occur. In detail organizational suppliers will be created in Yokoy and assigned to the relevant legal entities.

Export invoices in Yokoy and sync them to SAP Business ByDesign as supplier invoices or credit memos

The integration exports invoices with the status Ready for Export and creates them as supplier invoices or credit memos in SAP Business ByDesign.
