The integration provides a way to sync your SAP Business ByDesign employees with your Yokoy system and updated them, when changes occur. If you are already using Yokoy, the mapping of both users can be imported via the API on request.

The integration creates a supplier based on the Yokoy user data as soon as the Yokoy user is created. This supplier is used to book the expenses in SAP Business ByDesign.

Create a journal entry in SAP Business ByDesign based on an to be exported expense
The integration checks exported Yokoy expenses and creates an journal entry in SAP Business ByDesign. At the moment no additional cost center splitting as well as tax rate splitting are supported. If no tax code is presented, the tax code 1 (0%) will be used.
