In order to link SAP Business ByDesign with Yokoy some information is needed from the Yokoy partner that must be managed in our middleware.

Tenant Information
In order to access the right SAP Business ByDesign, the tenant URL is needed. For testing and go live the URL from the test and live system is needed.
Business User
A business user is needed for the configuration of the test and live tenant. More informations under https://dataunitag.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/BYDYOKOY/pages/4492197955/Setup+in+SAP+for+Expenses#%F0%9F%91%A5-User-roles-and-permissions.
Yokoy
Interface User
The Yokoy Partner must provide us a development user to be able to connect to the Yokoy system. In a near future this functionality should be provided directly in the Yokoy system.
Client Data
The Yokoy partner should provide the following data, so that we can link the middleware to the right Yokoy client.
Client ID
Client Secret
Company and legal entities
In order to connect to the right system and the right companies, we need the company ID and the legal entity IDs from Yokoy.
